This blog is about the effects of pollution on health, because it directly affects those of us who live in Western Pennsylvania. This is a subject of great concern since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Since Pittsburgh was a hotbed of manufacturing, the population of Pittsburgh has always been greatly impacted by air pollution and the status of health here.
